What it means to me by Rob Megginson

“When I read there was an opportunity to help nature and the countryside with some expert help through CPRE Hampshire, I grabbed it! It provided me with an opportunity to give something back to nature and the environment, to get out in the fresh air and meet new people. Getting out on the South coast by the sea with a group of volunteers was very rewarding and good for the exercise and mental health.

The highlight was a weekends hard work laying hedges overlooking the Solent. What a wonderful and very productive weekend, joined by the odd deer, kestrel and even para glider!

I am so looking forward to the next sessions and also seeing how our work may have given nature a helping hand!”
