Ordering and Delivery
Once you have placed an order we will send you confirmation of your order by e-mail.
All prices are displayed in UK pounds sterling.
You can pay by credit / debit card or PayPal. We use the PayPal payment services to process orders placed online or for orders placed using a credit or debit card (by post or phone). If you have a PayPal account you can make an online payment by logging into your account after clicking on the payment (or donate) button.
Which credit / debit cards do you accept?
PayPal accepts the following cards:
- Visa / Delta / Electron
- MasterCard / Eurocard
- PayPal Top Up Card
- American Express.
Debit cards (also known as bank cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.
Your Personal Information and Privacy
What information must I provide?
We at CPRE Hampshire are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information you give us to process orders and to provide an improved shopping experience. If you are paying by credit or debit card, you will need to provide the following information:
- e-mail address
- billing address
- delivery address (if different)
- credit or debit card number
- card's expiry and start date
- card security number
- telephone number (in case we need to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order).
This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. We will only use the information supplied to process the order and will not retain credit or debit card details beyond the completion of the transaction.
If you are making purchases only, your contact details will be retained for delivery purposes and a record of your transaction retained for audit/accounting for as long as is legally required. If you are purchasing goods and wish to receive further information about events and campaigns, you can request to be added to the email list by emailing the following: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
How secure is my credit card information?
PayPal is a secure payments system. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by Data Protection legislation, we adhere to strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.
How do you protect my privacy?
We may collect for internal monitoring purposes, additional information in connection with your participation in any promotions or competitions offered by us. We may also collect and monitor feedback to ensure that we are providing adequate service and that problems can be identified quickly and addressed. This information will be used for internal purposes only and the details will not be made available to any third party.

What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges for most items are calculated as a function of the type, quantity, weight and destination of your order.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders will normally be processed and despatched within 10 working days. If we anticipate a problem with an order we will contact you to inform you of the difficulties and hopefully resolve any problematic issues.
At all times we endeavour to hold stock of items shown on this website. If stock is not available for any reason then we will inform you about the expected delivery time of the out of stock items. If the revised delivery schedule is unsatisfactory then we will not charge your credit card (for orders taken by telephone) or refund your payment (for online transactions).
Can you deliver to international destinations?
Items can be delivered anywhere within the UK and to most international destinations. Additional postage may be charged for international destinations. Please contact CPRE Hampshire for further information.
