Juggling and wilderness skills at CPRE's Countryside Day

More exciting activities are being added to the line-up at the forthcoming CPRE Countryside Day to be held from 11.30 to 4pm on Sunday 11th May at Queen Elizabeth Country Park near Petersfield.

CPRE's Countryside Day is open to all and will provide a range of opportunities ranging from 'Forest Knights' wilderness skills, to having a go at fly-fishing, juggling and a 'Beat the Goaly' football fun competition.

Becky French of the Campaign to Protect Rural England who is organising the event with the help of Winchester University students, said:

"We have also arranged for the RSPB to bring owl pellets for children to study and dissect; and Southampton Orienteering will set up a string orienteering course next to the event. We hope people will be able to join us, bringing their children and grandchildren to a fun day in the Park! "
