County Groups

In addition to our local groups we have four groups that operate across the county.

• Planning & Rural Group - this group aims to achieve wider recognition of issues relating to land use and planning within Hampshire, and to improve understanding of CPRE's campaigns and policies on housing, countryside protection, the natural environment, waste and minerals
• Transport Campaign Group - this group ampaigns for a sustainable transport system in Hampshire and seeks to maintain a pollution-free tranquil environment in the countryside and in villages. Its aim is to improve the understanding of national and local transport issues, of CPRE campaigns and policies and of its links in partnership with national and local authorities.
• Campaign Management Group - this group responsible for managing campaigns that are not covered within the remit of the above two groups
• Fundraising & Social Group - fund-raising is an important aspect of a charity like ours. You will find this group involved in organising events, making grant applications and running raffles, but in such a way that participants have a good time socially as well.
