Introduction The Campaign to Protect Rural England (Hampshire Branch) uses information collected from supporters and visitors to this website to improve the information we offer to you and to improve your online experience. If you are a CPRE Hampshire member, you are entitled to receive newsletters and an Annual Report together with events information and campaign updates. We need to retain your contact details in order to send you this information and do so for this purpose only. Your details will be used only for the purposes for which submitted and we will not share this information with any other parties with the exception of The Campaign to Protect Rural England National Charity if you become a member, as you are automatically a member of both. We may use personal information to undertake internal reviews and research in order to improve our membership scheme but the information used and the results gleaned will not be made public. If you are a CPRE Hampshire member or you provide us with personal information in the context of an event, we may use your personal information to assess and develop future CPRE Hampshire events and activities If you are not a CPRE Hampshire member but used this website to make a donation or purchase, we may use your personal information to provide you with further information regarding CPRE Hampshire unless you specifically asked us not to do so when giving us your information. If you are a CPRE Hampshire member, you may at any time change your mind about receiving information from us. In cases where you order goods/services or donate/subscribe via this website your credit/debit card details are supplied by you in encrypted form to Paypal UK Ltd who are responsible for the security of these details and we will never see them. If you are making purchases only, your contact details will be retained for delivery purposes and a record of your transaction retained for audit/accounting for as long as is legally required.
